Mills Pre-WW1 cartridge belt

Local vintage store has this belt. No where marked on it does it say "Mills". It's got the insert and twist belt hook and not the US buckle hook. Definitely post SAW and Pre-WW1. What model is it?

A commercial belt for the civilian trade. I've had these unmarked pinstriped woven belts with different pistol, rifle, and shotgun loops. It won't have a model number other than perhaps a catalog number.
