Is this WW1 U.S. 'Victory Medal' an U.S. Navy example as I suspect, or something else ?

Good Morning Folks,  I'm looking to determine 'if' in fact this WW1 U.S. Victory Medal is what I think it might be ? Although I too have come across Army variants with short drapes occasionally, they usually for the most part tend to be somewhat longer than the USN / USMC examples. I haven't actually measured the length yet, but will do so if there's no consensus as to its Branch of Service ? Any thoughts or comments will be truly appreciated ! THANK YOU Guys,

                  Best,    Dom P.

I think this is a USN award. USN drape lengths are usually 1" or 1 3/16". Planchet diameters are about 1 3/10", larger than USN drapes. In this photo, the drape is smaller than the planchet, so USN.

Army awards are a minimum of 1 1/2" so in pictures, the drape is larger than the planchet.

THANK YOU Mike, Very much !! This is exactly what I was hoping to hear. As you too have noticed, it's these small differences which usually allow us to determine which particular type we're looking at. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge of the subject with me.

            Best regards,  Dom P.
