Nice M-3 Flak Helmet

Greetings all.

Here is what looks to be an excellent condition M-3 helmet with its straps and liner.

Looks like it still has its flocked coating? Wont know for sure until it comes in.

Missing its felt pads on the inside of the ear cups but otherwise looks to be in great shape.

Yea you may be right.

I am not sure, could be my minds eye is

willing it to be not repainted and still flocked?

Right you are Sir.

Repainted. Inside its original but the flaps and the outside have been repainted and

looks like replacement chin straps. They are not riveted on. And not sewn on.

Just loosely attached.
