WW2 Mark2 Grenade Questions

1.  Does anyone know the size and thread pitch for the fuse hole for these grenades?  I have a Mark 2 grenade body that someone messed up the thread hole, and my M10A2 Fuse will only go in about a full thread and a half before running into a damaged thread.  I'm looking to find the correct size bolt that I can use to chase the threads and open them up enough to get the fuse in all the way, and I don't want to mess up the fuse threads.

2.  Some time ago I saw an advertisement for replace lead filler hole plugs.  Don't remember when or where.  If anyone has a lead on such a thing (or if I am suffering from memory lapse) please let me know.
