Any clue if this pattern is attributed to a particular manufacturer?

Many have asked that question.  It has never been found with a hallmark (best I can recall).  Most show up as clutch back, but a rare few are found in pin back.

As Patrick said, no known manufacturer has been identified for this pattern

Based on the pattern I know one advanced collector that says these are Dondero, but as has been said none of us has found one with a maker's hallmark.
