My great grandmothers first husband was Sgt. Hugh Lee Parker I am just trying to find out what happened to him.

Here is a bit of info including his service number. You could try writing to the St. Louis archives and requesting his IDPF (Individual Deceased Personnel file), which would give more info if it is available!
