I have never seen another and I am a sucker for anything OCS.

Due to colors and size, It seems like a Navy Cuff insignia. Very thin merrowed edge but no tail. Looks late 1940s to 1950s.

Has anyone see one of this and can you confirm that it is Navy OCS?
