Early War Throat Microphone & Headset info

Hi:  what model throat mikes & headsets would have been typical for AAF during the early period (1942)?

HS-33 or HS-23 headset depending on the aircraft… there are low impedance and high impedance radio setups….and the T-30 throat microphone…

 

but generally most guys go in for the HS-33 with red plug and brown foam cushions
