There is a bunch of stuff on line about the York Rifles.

And 20 years service in New York 14th Infantry.

More on the 14th on line.

When would these items date?

The York Rifles is dated 1893 and the other one looks 1890-1910 or so.

PA used to be loaded with stuff like this nice to see it’s still out there.

I would guess the York Rifles Medal commemorated the 30th Anniversary of the unit being called-up for Civil War service.
