Can I please get some help in Identifying some Pre-WWI Officer's Infantry Rifles?

Good evening.

 

I can't seem to find my Bill Emerson insignia book and I'm hoping someone out there can help me out. 

 

I picked up some pre-WWII infantry officer's collar insignia.  I believe they date from the 1880's or so up until about 1905.  However, I want to confirm this.  Can please someone help me?

 

The first one is made to be sewn on.  The second one is screw back, and the last one is pinback.
