When did the Navy change the design of aviators' wings on leather name tags?

Hi everyone,
The Navy obviously changed the design of aviators' leather name tags across the years. There are the pre - early WWII design. Then the one used in WWII, Korea, and through the 60s. Then there is the "modern" design.
> Would anyone know when the Navy moved to the "modern" design? Was it in the mid/late 60s. or 70s, or 80??

Many thanks for your help - see below examples from the WWII / Korea / 60s design and from the "modern" one.

Best

In my experience, there is no standard wing on name tags. It is a complete mixed bag, depending on where and by whom it was made. Especially once you get to the 1950’s-60’s era.
