[Returned] Dog tags of Donald F Purple and Robert W Purple

Picked up a collection that appeared to be a random grouping of items. In one plastic bag were four dog tags, two for each soldier. 

 

One of the sets of tags belonged to Robert W Purple who proudly served his country in the European Theatre during WWII, serving with the 87th Infantry Division, 346th Regiment, Company A. Unfortunately I could not find as much information for his brother Donald F. Purple, other than he also served his country as a PFC in the US Army.  

 

Was able to make contact with Robert's daughter and grandson, and was able to send her the tags.
