Would appreciate DUI ID help

I got a large lot of these and have had fun learning about them and hunting for what they are. Here are the ones that have me stumped. Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the forum Slice. - Rüssel hoch! - Trunk up! DUI of the 6970th Civilian Support Center (Engineer Construction). A former U.S. Army Labor Service unit which was assigned to 18th Eng Bde. The HQ was garrisoned in Ettlingen, Germany with sub-units in Mannheim, Grafenwoehr, Bad-Kreuznach, Zuffenhausen and Kaiserslautern.

Thanks very much! I’m so happy to be here and really appreciate the help!  I was in Germany as a kid w father in the military- I remember going to some of those places. Thanks again to all!
