4th Marine Division Patch

I picked up this patch at the flea market this morning. 

I'm curious as to the vintage and where made. Looks like a bit of glue residue on back. Thank you!

WW2 era. US made.   Based on the embroidery, I would say GEMSCO manufacture.

Now that you mention it, I now suddenly remember I had the same question a couple years ago on  a 45th Division patch with similar/same construction and got the same answer!
