27Division18 Posted November 4, 2023 #1 Posted November 4, 2023 Are these WW2 Captain's bars for a US Army officer? They appear to be British made (Balfour Sterling). Perhaps for an overseas hat or shirt (measures approx 1 inch by 3/4 inch)?
