Are there theatre made DUI’s for the 64th Fighter Squadron? Where were they made? Can someone post a photograph of an original one?

There is a Theater made DUI for the 64th Fighter Group, below is one from my collection

Actually, that is for the 64th Fighter Wing, not group.
