Does Anyone Know What the GINA stands for?

Sometime ago I was informed what the letters stand for on the COE patch but I did not write them down.  This time, I'll be sure to write it down.

Well it is army engineers and not corps of engineers.

 

ERDC is engineer research and development center

Thank you very much.  I had not run across that acronym before.

I have never seen this patch before. I assume the color version would be red and white Engineer colors. The center design appears to have a major defect in the embroidering, like the thread ran out in the machine. Dose any one else have this patch? is the center design correct and if not what should it look like?
