Earl Posted March 27, 2007 #1 Posted March 27, 2007 A friend found this at a estate sale and knowing my interest sent it to me. these uniforms belonged to Hugie L Foote jr who gradusted from the US Naval Academy in 1933 as a Supply corps officer. The photo shows him wearing the Academy uniform. The other uniforms are his Lt Jr Grade and Lt Commanders Uniform. The coin he got when he crossed the equator in 1936 aboard the USS Arizona. And the records are of his military assignments. I thought the members of this site would be interested in seeing this group. The uniforms have a few moth holes but all togather not to bad.
Earl Posted March 27, 2007 Author #2 Posted March 27, 2007 Here is the label inside the Academy Jacket.
Earl Posted March 27, 2007 Author #4 Posted March 27, 2007 Hope you find these interesting. I am real new at this and apologize for using up a lot of space. Earl
dpcsdan Posted March 27, 2007 #6 Posted March 27, 2007 Nice shellback coin, I had previously only seen the certificates and "wallet" card for shellbacks.
