odd overdyed trousers with added zippers

Found these pants and am confused as to what they are and why they are modified in the way they are but figured I would share. Unsure if it’s military or civilian modifications. Unsure if overdye would be a type of camouflage modification and if this is in the wrong forum I apologize.

Looks like they could have been altered to be worn with the Anti-G flight pant. The front zippers are roughly where the open portion of the Anti-G trousers are.

Or they’re a punk bondage fashion thang.
