ERDL Camo Windreaker ???

I found this ERDL brown camo jacket today which I am sure is civilian made.

But I haven't found anything online about it.

Has anyone seen one before or know which company made these and when?

If it doesn't have a manufacturer's name then its legally required to have a identification number which will be five digits with the prefix "RN", something like "RN 12345". You can look that up here and find the company's name: https://rn.ftc.gov/Account/BasicSearch

It looks like the manufacturer's name is the top line of the tag but the stitching sewing it in the jacket is over it.

So I thought someone might have a jacket like this or seen one before that could read the name.

It is not an issue item.
