LtRGFRANK Posted March 17, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 17, 2009 My son picked this up at the Hastings show. Its a round tube. Inside is a collapsable Kite. The instructions show you hook an antenna wire to it and fly the kite to get better range. I've never heard of it and can find nothing in any reference book. Can anyone help me with any info.
