1973 POW/MIA Bracelet

Got this one recently. I'm wondering if this was a late war or post war version? You can see it has NY and the POW Foundation on the backside.

Found same guy example. Date a little diff format.

These were made to remember POWs and were worn by civilians. I still have the one I wore in the early 70s. I'm guessing those two were made at different times or made by different company's. When I was a kid my mom worked for a company that made metal name plates and data tags and other items. They also made these.
