This came in a lot of other VN era jungle fatigues. It has no tags or markings. Its pretty small (which makes sense since every other fatigue was size small as well).

 

As for the camo itself, i would describe it as a weird mix between green dominant ERDL and tiger stripes.

 

My main questions are:

 

Is this real?

 

Is it VN era? If so early or late?

 

Are there any other examples similar to this?

The buttons do not look like typical Vietnamese made buttons used on their uniforms. These buttons are more the style seen on the OG 107s and BDUs. (US doughnut style buttons)

 

The material looks to be a heavier cotton twill. 

 

Is the zipper nylon?  possible replaced but not familiar with that YKK style in Nam made uniforms

Doesn't look Viet made, looks more like some of the 1st Cav tested camo fatigue uniforms.

Those need a gentle hand wash in borax or Woolite, air dry, and a gentle low heat press. I like them!
