Dover, being an Air Force town, I’d thought there would be more of these in the wild, but it’s the first I’ve come across 

mint inside with perfect zippers

just some minor abrasions from time on the outside

 

smaller than the B-4 bag.. but similar in design, in fact if you turn it upside down, it could be the baby brother of the B 4
