USN Mexico Service Medal Identification?

I recently purchased this medal to build up my pre-WWI campaign medal collection. It's numbered "5958" but I don't have the medal rolls on me. I also here that of the numbered medals listed in the rolls, some are missing.

 

Does anyone have access to the US Navy Mexico Service Medal to see if the awardee can be traced?

However 5900 to 5962 were issued to sailors on the USS New Orleans - FYI
