Unknown Flight Wings with ECA Parachute Symbol

I have been asked about these strange wings. I don't know what the ECA might stand for. I kinda speculated that these might be pilot wings for a sport parachute (skydiving) club or airport.

Anyone have any ideas? The AMICO wings might be genuine, but I'll defer to those who know better.
