I feel like I saw this when I was there over the summer though I don't think I noticed the turtle lol. At least they look to be post war M1s. A store called “Artisans Gallery” in Peddler's Village. I almost missed the turtle. It was on the floor under some display shelves and I just happened to look down at the right time.
