thanks for letting me into the group, Im not sure if i am doing this correctly so let me know:

 

unknown possible WW2 drone , almost 12 foot long, recently acquired, i have searched images but

not able to identify item, was hoping some body might have an idea what it is and applications, paint scheme

made me wonder if it could be Japanese.

I  think they used the opposed McCollough 4 cylinder or 2 cylinder 2 stroke engine. Had a neat little wooden 2 blade prop. I think you can still find them out there.(props)

One of the local beach comers found an old wooden prop in the sand/ surf… about 18 inches long but the tips had been worn away… … kinda cool

 

pics of the OQ-19d show a 4 cylinder…will look great put back together
