Here is the info on your medals:

 

Army Cuban Pacification Medal No. 3874 was issued to Richard Barry for service with Company H, 17th Infantry Regiment.

 

Army Cuban Occupation Medal No. 1858 was issued on Feb 1, 1916 to Erle H. Fuller for service as 1st Cl Sgt with Company E, Signal Corps
