ThatOneNewGuy816 Posted February 17, 2023 #1 Posted February 17, 2023 I have a trenchcoat belonging to a Pfc. Edward J Novak, and I am looking ti return it to his family. However I can't seem to find any information aside from his parents who passed in the late 1900s.
MedrickMilitaria Posted February 25, 2023 #2 Posted February 25, 2023 We'll need more info than a name in order to do any research.
ThatOneNewGuy816 Posted February 26, 2023 Author #3 Posted February 26, 2023 Sorry, I believe his full name is Edward James Novak, he was pfc in the usmc and was Kia in 1970. He lived in Illinois and that is as much as I know. https://marines.togetherweserved.com/usmc/servlet/tws.webapp.WebApp?cmd=ShadowBoxPersonPhoto&type=PersonExt&ID=135044 https://www.virtualwall.org/dn/NovakEJ01a.htm

Perhaps you could try contacting him and seeing if he knows of any family! https://www.findagrave.com/user/profile/47105506
