Questionable rare Samoan patch and cap

This is currently being offered on Ebay item #374468540203. Do not believe it is correct patch and looks like newer make of patch with its yellow border. All of the known original which are rare are on felt/ melton wool like material and not fully embroidered. Presented as a caution to the forum.
