Unknown grenade in Vietnam

Hi,

what is the green container with the top red mark for a grenade? Is that a MK13 flash bang? Did that already exist in Vietnam?

It looks like a smoke or chemical grenade. Most likely non US, maybe British or Canadian.

Thanks for the info. Not British or Canadian, possibly Australian. I'll look in that direction.

Good eye, I knew it was British or Canadian, by the fuze buchon but couldn't remember which model and was too lazy to go look at my docs. Both used them, just different markings.

I could have figured it out myself. The Australians also had... British equipment 🙄
