Mr.Jerry Posted January 20, 2023 Share #1 Posted January 20, 2023 A friend of mine picked up what was seemingly a WWI US army tunic, but with some very odd details.(trapezoidal pockets?) Closer inspection of the LA tailor tag named it to silent movie star Creighton Hale, and some searching found the WWI movie "Riley of the Rainbow Division" (also released in the UK as "Flappers in Khaki") from the 1920s so a welcome addition to my "war movie" uniform/prop collection! (now just trying to find a copy of the film!)

ludwigh1980 Posted January 20, 2023 Share #4 Posted January 20, 2023 Great piece, sadly many films of the silent era and 1920's have been lost to neglect/ poor storage.
