Strategic Air Command Grouping

This is a nice complete grouping to an individual named Rallis. Even for a single enlistment it looks like the time period can be narrowed to the late 1950s early 1960s based off the Army Good Conduct Medal awarded to the USAF and no National Defense Service Medal (post 1954 and pre 1961).

 

The Seagram's whiskey "short-timer" ribbon seems to have been common in the 1960 time frame.

 

Does anyone know if/when SAC received a USAF Presidential Unit Citation as a whole Command? Or if the PUC was awarded to a subordinate SAC unit it may help pinpoint the time period as well.
