Around a 9 months to a year ago I was able to pick up these Vietnam War dated Flares still sealed and I believe live. One is a red star and the other is a white star. I just thought they’d be cool to post because I’ve never seen anyone post about them before. I was also wondering the value of them. Thank you!

Dont know the Value, but they are most likely still live.

Same kind of rockets were used into the 80's and 90's.

Can be dangerous.

I saw a guy got hit in the back with one at close range.

The rocket bounced off his back but he went down for the count.

It was a star cluster but propelled by the same type of rocket. In the same type tube.

Like a shotgun blast when you launch it.

These are common hand fired flares aka slap flares. They are live, but no biggie as they are as safe as live ammo. Value wise, they sell for anywhere from $25-50 each, depending on model, date, condition.
