Thank you for th help.  I would have thought that a brass screw back would date this to at least WW2 era, maybe earlier..  Don't most Vietnam era items have clutchbacks?

sorry L.I.G.I. is late 60's to 70' yes they would apply most anything to the backs to fill the order

LI is Lordship Industries, it will date from the mid 70s, I don't know, starting in 73. Do you have this badge in hand? Maybe it has Clutch Posts and someone just put those Screwback nuts on it, because it would not be something this screwbacks being made by an American company like Lordship in the 70s/80s.
