WWII Philippine battle location?

I just acquired this amazing personal account of a brief night action in the Philippines during WWII, described by Lt. Col. Paul S. Shoemaker, Commanding 

the First Battalion 158th Infantry = "Bushmasters"?  It's printed on 8x10 paper.

 

The 14 page report begins their landing by Buffaloes and DUKWs but not the actual location or island; mentions a Mission, Hills 201, 180, and 170 and a Mission HIll and a "Japanese Garden."

It also notes that the men's entrenching tools were useless for digging in due to coral and they had been issued pick-mattocks for this problem.

The attack began at 0520 and was over by 0630.

The attack consisted of two companies of Japanese infantry with 150 armed Formosan laborers, a total of 350 - 400 men. 

201 dead were counted but many more were found in the surrounding jungle in the following days.

 

It's an amazing bit of history of one small action, even describing a Japanese killed so close to a foxhole that his bayonet hit the water jacket of the .30 MG

Individuals named include SSgt Woodrow D. Stidd of B Company, Cpl William W. Hardy, a Sgt Pinto and a Pvt Maness and a Pfc Herbert R. Salone of B Company.

 

The only info from seller was that this action took place on Luzon (but because the date originally provided was incorrect, I doubt even that)

The author's note on the final page reports this action took place at "A.P.O. 704" on July 4-5 1945.

Does anyone know to what location "A.P.O. 704" refers or possibly recognize this landing? 

I'm not familiar with that nomenclature for location.

Any info appreciated for the detailed notes I create for ephemera I acquire.
