Prototype LBT gear: is it really worth the asking price on ebay?

I have came across these different listings of what people claim are prototype LBT gear (its manly plate carriers and chest rigs from what I have found). And there asking a lot of money. It's between $2,000 to $6,000 for some of the gear listed. Are these prototype LBT gear actually bringing that kind of money or is the asking price fantasy? I'll post a photo of some of the gear and the ebay link to them. Tacticaltraders (36379) is the ebay seller selling most of the prototype LBT gear.

He's fishing because of the scarcity. It is all nice early gear though, not airsoft.

 

That being said, I sold a seal used float rig (the first photo item you have above) for $800 a few years ago.
