gwb123 Posted March 22, 2009 Share #3 Posted March 22, 2009 I want to add my recommendation for Jeff's book. It is an excellent example of the current generation of self published reference books. The photos, while I wish they were larger, are quite sharp. They give a good view of what the authentic badges should look like, as well as the largest selection of authentic labels I have ever seen. He's also done a very nice job of presenting the fakes and reproductions that are currently on the market and how to spot them. If you are going to collect berets from the Vietnam War, you need this book. Attached are a couple photos to give you the flavor of the book. Jeff is a member of this forum and uses his name as his ID on here. You can order books directly from him. It is also available from ASMIC-PUBS on eBay. eBay Item: 330316464508 http://cgi.ebay.com/ARVN-Beret-VNMC-Ranger...%3A1%7C294%3A50
