Husband and Wife WWII Philippines Grouping

Hello!

 

I got this grouping awhile ago from a yard sale, it’s named to a husband and wife who served together in the Philippines during the war. The items consist of an WAC officer Chocolate set, a Female M43 Jacket, and M37 shirt, and a named helmet liner. As I mentioned in another thread, I’m trying to find info on the couple, the last name was Kedney if anyone could help.  
 

This is one of my favorite groupings, and I think there must be an interesting story behind it somewhere, I just need to find it.

I believe that the shirt and helmet liner were the husbands, since the relative said that he was in supplies.

Nothing too crazy, I just put them on these stands I made kinda layered on a table, then erased the background using an app. I did it by hand, which is why the hangers on the uniform look a little janky.
