HelmetGuy Posted March 14, 2009 Author Share #18 Posted March 14, 2009 I did some searching online and found that William Walter Alexander was born November 24th, 1894 in Rockford, WA (Spokane County) and died November, 1968. I found his WWI Civilian Draft Registration on Ancestry.com. There is an image of his Draft Registration Card, but I can't view it because I'm not a paying member.
