Hard to say definitively without holding it, looks more Japan made from here. I really don't see Thai in it.

Thank Randy. It seemed a little different than Thai.

To help others, this patch has been mentioned as 1990s made and possibly Philippines. Hope that is useful.

It very well could be, as I said hard to see. If so, it's one of the better repros to come out of there. They are not known for their quality after the 70s.
