Patch Question 106th DAS

I`m struggling finding more info about the patch. I know it was at the Roslyn ANG Facility in New York. I`m looking for dates this patch would be used and what wing or group the squadron would have been under. It`s a 4 1/2" patch with a cheesecloth backing.
