LEVELLE & Co. WASHINGTON, D.C. PHILA, PA.

This maker Ive seen more often on D,U,Is. Theres not much sign of solder where the pin is attached.

Oppinions please - ww2, post war, repro ???

I agree with Paul and nice LeVelle AC wing which if I recall correctly is the only one I have ever see with there name on it. There is one other wing pattern that is attributed to thme and you can find them easier.

This one has had me puzzled for some time. I tend to think of it as a GEMSCO wing as it is found with both GEMSCO and AMICO marks as well as this one style only LeVelle production. The wings I've seen with the GEMSCO and AMICO marks are frequently later styles such as crash crew and some silver FS wings. The design seems to have been used on an eclectic variety of wings having a variety of marks.
