Need help with this post WWII pocket patch !! HQ Group VII of the Ohio CAP

A friend sent me a picture of this patch to ID . After looking around the net and here I have had no luck .

I can tell you the guy was at Ft Bragg  and was in the service from 1945 - 1948 . This is all the info I have .

I was looking at it again it looks to have a school cap with a medic bag , head phones , mae west and a camera .

I have one of these myself I posted several years ago trying to ID and with a little luck I was finally able to ID it as being from Headquarters Group VII of the Ohio Civil Air Patrol.
