McCord Post War M1 Helmets

Were McCord M1 Helmets made during the 1950's all low domed ? In fact when did low domed M1 helmets start production ? Also a M1 helmet with the heat stampings of M-122A be a McCord 1950's manufacture ? Thank you.  Rob

1. As I recall, the 1950s McCord were all made from WWII designs and machinery. I do not believe low domes came into being until the 1960s. 

2. M-122-A would be from the 1951 McCord contract if memory serves me right.
