Bell Aircuda Pin

Just picked up this little gem (~2.5 inches long): Bell YFM-1 Aircuda pin. The aircraft was built in 1937 and there were only 12 made - all were scrapped in 1942 due to design deficiencies.  However due to the overall aesthetic of the aircraft, it was often portrayed on homefront items, as shown on my Scott Field, IL pennant below (YFM-1s were never stationed at Scott Field).
