database for decommissioned ships?

I was hoping someone might be able to direct me to a database of all US Navy ships that have been decommissioned and scrapped. Specifically I’m looking for the names of all ships scrapped in Oakland in the 1960s. I remember finding something maybe 10 years ago but I can’t locate it now.
