Need M2-2 Flame Thrower Crate Pictures of outside and inside

Need pictures of the inside and outside of a nice original M2-2 transport/storage crate.  I have an original that was painted over with grey on the outside.

 

I need the following:

1) Font and Size of the outside markings as well as location

2) Pictures or if anyone has reporduced the glued on paper labels on the inside.

3) Correct paint color (inside looks orignal but trying to match paint)

4) Pictures showing how the inside is set up.  I have a kit that has all the plywood inserts and brackets, just need to know if they used slot or phillips head screws (I'm assuming slot head b/c of WW2)
