Art Posted October 10, 2022 Share #1 Posted October 10, 2022 How many models do you work on at the same time ? I have a 1/72 F4F-4, a 1/72 B-24, 1/72 airfield support vehicles, a 1/25 junked 68 Mustang vignette, a 1/25 71 Thunderbird (model of the first car I owned). And a 1/350 USS Gambier Bay that has been set aside for 2 months now. Only time I think I have ever devoted myself to 1 model is maybe doing a 1/350 Carrier, as their are so many sub assemblies and aircraft to keep you busy. Proud Kraut Posted October 10, 2022 Share #2 Posted October 10, 2022 Because of space limitations not more than 2 projects simultaneously.
Old Marine Posted January 26, 2023 Share #3 Posted January 26, 2023 I usually have 2 or three going at the same time. I think it prevents rushing and it gives glue, putty and paint plenty of time to dry.
m1903 Posted January 26, 2023 Share #4 Posted January 26, 2023 When I was building seriously I usually did one at a time, about a year start to finish. Once in while I would build a second one for our IPMS monthly contest.
